Payment at the Festival

Exclusively cashless payment is accepted in our Infield! This applies to our drink counters, food stalls, and shops.

We have decided to make it as convenient as possible for you. That means no RFID wristbands and no cumbersome pre-loading. Instead, you can pay with the familiar cashless payment methods you know from your everyday life:

Tickets can be purchased at the entrance both cashless and with cash.

We are working on finding a solution for 2024 that will allow you to convert cash into our cashless system – more information will follow shortly.

Please note that you must bring cash for the garbage deposit (€10) and the bulky waste deposit (€50) as card payment is not possible!

Our Cup System

When redeeming your ticket, you will receive a cup chip from us at the entrance free of charge.

You can exchange the cup chip at our drinks counter for a cup. So, your first Love Explosion cup is free, and you can take it home as a souvenir.

You can exchange an empty cup again for a cup chip or exchange it for a new cup when purchasing a drink. If you have no cup or cup chip left, you can buy a new cup for €2 at the drinks counter with your next order. So, take good care of your cup or chip.

Cups and cup chips cannot be exchanged for cash.
